The THA-C Leadership Competencies online assessment was exclusively designed by a Spanish group for our Network.

The main objective of this evaluation is to identify the 20 basic competencies required in leadership management.

APPLICATIONS

Y ou can be used to start a selection process professionally and use the guide to suggest evaluation questions in the interview skills.

Assessment THA-C can be used in ocesses pr internal assessment for different purposes such as promotion, evaluation and team building , talent identification or diagnostic skills development and career plans.
